The BRC Team

BRC currently employs ~25 biologists and specialists capable of managing projects, supervising interdisciplinary studies, and conducting technical field work and reporting tasks. In addition to the project management and technical services offered by our key personnel, we maintain professional associations with scores of senior biologists, technical support personnel, the scientific research community and other specialists.

Department of the Navy Awards BRC, Inc. Major Multi-year Natural Resources IDIQ Contract

On 2 March 2020 BRC, Inc. received one of four IDIQ competitively-awarded natural resources service contracts for a $30,000,000 two-year base period, plus one three-year option.  The work includes a wide range of military installations within the Naval Facilities Command, Southwest (NAVFAV SW) to include California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Oregon, and Washington.  Work tasks will include natural resources-related services for botanical, ornithological, mammal, amphibian, reptile and invertebrate surveys, wetland delineations, biological monitoring, natural resources and fire management, native plant community planning and restoration, research and analysis of effects of military training for natural resources and sensitive species, applications of GIS to assess ecological trends and uses of natural resources in non-urban area, and for the preparation of interpretive materials such as informational pamphlets and signage.
